 Villa Parenzana 300m2 is situated in a quiet location. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 5 rooms, each with its own bathroom and own AC.. The villa has two kitchens with dining rooms, one large, the other smaller and two living rooms. The large living room is equipped with fitness equipment and a Finnish sauna and billiards. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with 5 televisions. Fenced garden of 200m2 has outdoor privat pool and Jacuzzi. On the lawn has a children's playground and volleyball court or barbitone. It has two barbecue corners, where you can relax with a barbecue. It has a large fenced parking for several cars. Villa accepts pets. To the sea is 3 km.

 The Villa Parenzana house is designed for relaxation and vacation, additional service that we provide are massages and everything that is covered by cosmetic services, catering and bar service. Villa Parenzana is also intended for post-season events of small groups, business meetings, seminars and people who want to relax with pampering.

 On the front side of the entrance is a covered jutting roof of 60m2 with Istrian stone table and a fireplace for grilling.

 The first part of the house is furnished with a kitchen with a dining table for 10 people and is linked into a common living room with satellite TV and a sofa which can be extended into a bed with 1.6x2.0 dimension.

 The house has five separate rooms, each room has its own bathroom. The first room has a bed of 1.8x2.0 dimension and the other four rooms a bed of 1.6x2.0 dimension.

 The third part of the house is designed for entertainment and socializing. It is furnished with separate male and female toilet facilities, a place for sauna and rest, fitness room with fitness equipment. The remaining room has a bar with refrigerator, sink and auxiliary electric cooker, dining table for socializing and a sofa to rest and watch satellite TV. From this room there lead three panoramic windows to move to the outer part which is equipped with a 3.4x8.4m swimming pool and a covered jutting roof of 20m2. There is a Jacuzzi for 6 people that is positioned next to the swimming pool. On the left side of the swimming pool there is playground with equipment for children with swings and a slide. On the outer part from the swimming pool there is a 400m2 large meadow for common ball games and ceremonial events such as weddings and .... There is 2.000 m2 large park near the meadow with various fruit trees for relaxation and rest.

 Villa Parenzana is located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula. It's name was inspired by the historical Parenzana railway, which connected Trieste and Poreč, as well as all the cities and villages on it's way.

 Located in a quiet rural area, Villa Parenzana is close enough to cities and leasure centers as well as favorite istrian beaches. It is reachable by car, boat or plane.
