Villa Dino Marusici

This beautiful detached Villa Dino is located in a small place Marusici and is ideal for a dream vacation , for an escape from the crowds and noise. It has a wonderful view of the mountain Biokovo, island of Brac, the highest island in the Adriatic with Vidova gora, with, on the right, the second largest settlement on the island - Pučišća, and blue of the Adriatic Sea.

The brand new Villa Dino is in the most beautiful bay of Omis Riviera, among many pebble beach and surrounded by a dense shade of pine trees, near Makarska, pirate town of Omis and Brela, the jewel of the Adriatic Sea. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and two toilets. The kitchen, dining and living room offers breathtaking views of the sea. The best part of the Villa Dino is a large garden around the house with a swimming pool, surrounded by greenery,  nature, offering a lot of privacy in peaceful and quiet surroundings, in the pleasant shade of old pine and pleasure of beautiful view of the sea. There is no traffic, and no noise either. The house has a good access by car and parking at the house.

Villa Dino is designed for quality holidays at a high standard with family, relax with friends, the pleasure of private luxurious peaceful environment in the middle of a magical beautiful nature. Located on an elevated position, about 1 km from the beach, but very little air distance, which gives this beautiful view. The beaches in this area are really beautiful, mostly pebble, but they all have in common a crystal clear sea and the shade of pine trees.

There are no cars, or people, just crickets. Did you know that this sweet sound, typical and unique for the summer and the sea, can make only adult males, and it´s porpose is to charm females? And they can sing only if the temperature is above 25 degrees, so there is the mystery of the sound of summer, when becomes cold, males have no longer the power to sing. Life of the crickets somehow reminiscent to the football championship: so long preparations and exercises to sew a single summer. When cricket feels the late spring sun shine, he has only three months to do three things: make his unique concert life, love and die.

Swimming pool has large 35 m2, with 400 m2 garden around it, in which is also an outdoor barbecue and picnic area. Dino Villa is air conditioned, but the nights are nice here, cooled by a gentle sea breeze, barely noticeable, but enough that you can sleep well with open window.

Dino Villa is equipped with everything you need. On the whole area has internet access. Each bedroom has its own special palce, where you can hang clothes. It also has its own bathroom with towels, soap and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, the accessories for preparing and serving food and drinks. Before it is a large beautiful terrace with seating for pleasant dining, leisure and rest by a glass of vine with sea views. The pool has large 8x4 meters and has stairs to enter. The living room is equipped for fun and companionship, it also has a sofa that converts into bed.

Host from Villa Dino are living in a neighboring village, about 1 km away. They are always available and friendly, open to all kinds of questions og their guests. They will do absolutely everything to make your vacation and stay here as the best as possible. And will never disturb your peace and privacy, but will be always available on request. Villa Dino is a great place to stay for small, large or multiple families. Around it is a lot of space in the garden and the pool, where children can play while parents are resting carefree, because the entire area is arranged so that it is safe for children. Even a group of friends will here have a great rest for the stress, the pool and terrace for sunbathing and rest area with barbecue and picnic tables, or on the deck chairs in the garden, in the shade with a good book. The coast here boasts the best beaches in Croatia, with a descending slowly over the shallow water, which makes them ideal for families with small children. Their attributes are crystal clear sea and untouched nature, this are natural beaches, without excessive crowds, you will find even some totally for yourself, what is becoming increasingly desirable rarity.

Marušići is a small tourist resort with beautiful beaches and nature. The beginnings date back to antiquity, so are some old houses, olive groves and vineyards. Marušići in the past was a village of farmers and fishermen, simple Dalmatians who are today still what they were, but today they will hospitably accept you among themselves. In Marusici therefore is not excessive tourist facilities, you will find a shop with basic food and a small place, bar for refreshment. More offer both neighboring village Mimice and Pisak, there are several restaurants and bars. Our guests have also an use of scooter and bicycles included in price,  in Pisak you can also come with a 15-minute walk.
