Our house is only 7 meters away from the beautiful “adriatic sea” and the beach. Certainly you have the best outlook from our balconies, or our lightly, comfortable rooms.

In our air conditioned rooms you have free WLAN, and for all our guests a garden with barbecue and free sun-loungers and sunshades you can use on the beach. In the living room, you have a flat screen Sat-TV and a table with chairs, to enjoy your breakfast.

In your private bathroom, you have a shower and a hair dryer within.

From your own balcony you can enjoy the direct view to the sea. You can see small sailing boats, surfer and even cruiser and ferrys pass, while you´re sitting comfortable with a cup of coffee or a glas of wine, relax and just enjoy.

If you plan an active holiday with boat shipping, sailing, diving or other sportive activities, or you want to have a relaxed holiday, only chilling at the beach, drinking a glass of red wine on the balcony…. You´ll find it in – Zadar.

Our Villa Punta – apartments in Zadar Croatia are directly on the beach. Our house is in the quarter of Puntamika/Borik, a very favoured area with comfortable cafés an restaurants, within walking distance about 50 - 500m. Also therefor favoured, because of the closeness and possibilities for shopping, banks, pharmacy, kiosk and any other things you need.

The Marina Borik, an idyllic harbor is a distance of 300m. The bus connection in the old city center (distance ca. 3 km) is very good, the bus drives every 20 Minutes til late at night, and the bus station is about 300m away from our house.

Our guests get sunloungers and sunshades for free!

If you come by plane, you have the possibilty to come by taxi or rent a car from the airport to our house. The airport is about 15km away and the main train-and bus station about 8 km.

In the city centre of Zadar you have a cultural diversity of museum and art galleries, theatre and in the main season, concerts and festivals.

Also excursions like Kornati islands, Plitvice lakes, Krka waterfalls and Paklenica you can book in Puntamika, nearly our house. In a distance of 350m there are, tennis courts, a fitness gym, Wellnes-and Beauty Lounges.

The port city of Zadar is the fifth largest city in Croatia, located on the Adriatic coast, it is one of the oldest cities in the country. Zadar is located in northern Dalmatia, on a coastline rich of bays and little islands, surrounded by more than 100 uninhabited islands and about 16-17 inhabited major islands. Already in the VI. & VII. Century Zadar became the port of departure for numerous trade missions.

And with its many experienced sailors, as well as a safe anchorage for incoming ships it was one of the most important harbours in Croatia. The most beautiful sight of Zadar is offered from a boat route. The city is visible and impressing an alive region centre.
