VILLA CETINA is located in Duće, a beautiful village famous for its gorgeous sandy beaches, just before the entry to Omiš. It is situated directly on the beach with a fabulous sea-view and beautiful view on islands. Villa Cetina has also an nice swimming pool and beautiful terace for sunbathing with deckchairs, for relax and enjoy your magnificat vacations.

Each apartment has an air-conditioning-system, wifi SAT-TV, as well as completely equipped kitchen and of course a bathroom. Almost all apartments have an own balcony with view to the sea-side. Villa Cetina is directly at  one of the most beautiful beaches of Croatia. It is a public 800 m long and beautiful wide sandy beach. You can walk far and the water is crystal clear. A large bouncy castle is floating in the water.

Ideal for families with children. There are sun loungers, a children´s playground and beach showers available. In addition, you can strengthen in two beach bars. Next to the pebbly beach, in a natural shade, there is a famous tavern Bracera and a coffee bar where you can find refreshment from the heat.

Duce is a small village near Omis, situated along the coastal road Split – Omis. Duce is recognized for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch for about 6 kilometers from Dugi Rat until Omis. In the past it was a place with few people, while today more than 2000 people live in Duce. Besides Duce which is located close to the sea, there is the village of Stare Duce (Old Duce) which is located at the foot of the mountain Mosnjica and has only 24 houses.

Given that Duce is located near Omis, which is known as the city of pirates, we certainly suggest visiting the city centre, the fortresses Mirabela and Fortica. For visitors who prefer active holidays we recommend rafting and kayaking on the river Cetina. If you like to relax in the nature you should definitely visit the favourite resort in this area, Radman’s mills. In beautiful surroundings and natural shade, next to the River Cetina, you can enjoy a variety of Mediterranean specialties.OMIS, a small town and port at the mouth of the Cetina river in the littoral of Poljica, 26 km southeast of Split; population 6,079. Extensive sand beaches stretch from Dugi Rat in the west to Ravnice in the east. A 700-m wide shallow stretches off the low sand coast west of Omis, created by the drifts of the Cetina; it has a changing depth (up to 2 m).

People from Duće are very proud of their long sandy beach, one of rare sandy oasis in the coastal area of South Dalmatia. This four kilometers long beach, that owes its existence to Cetina river deposits, has a thick natural shade which makes it an ideal all day long playground for your youngest, even when the sun is strongest. We offer an array of exciting beach resort activities from windsurfing ,jet-ski,boats,pedal boats to beach massage or just relaxing on the beach. After beach fun, refresh and relax yourself in nearby restaurants and coffee bars where you can enjoy local delicacies.

Situated at the impressive confluence of the Cetina into the sea (with a modern bridge, which makes part of the surroundings), Omis is known as a mediaeval pirate centre. Picturesque mountains and the river enclose the urban core with fortresses. On the coast is an almost 1-km long sand beach (ideal for children) and the 700-m long shallow, created by the Cetina drifts. Major attractions include quality accommodation facilities, good traffic connections, gastronomic offer (the hinterland of Omis is famous for wholesome foods) and the Cetina canyon - Zadvarje - Gubavica. In the vicinity is also the well-known restaurant in Radmanove Mlinice (water mills), which offers local specialities.

Omis provides numerous sports and recreational facilities; football and basketball playgrounds, tennis courts, boccia alleys; beach volleyball may be played on the beach. There are 30 free climbing trails on the cliffs of the Cetina canyon; water sports equipment is rented; a swimming marathon for recreation enthusiasts is regularly organized.
