The tourist farm TONIN is located at the end of the village. There is a big yard in front of the farm with mulberry trees and an almond tree. In the summer you can enjoy your meals on our terrace in the backyard, with a view of the garden, the olive plantation, the enclosure with domestic animals and a view of the nearby villages, also of the ones which are on the Croatian side.

Our tourist farm is located in a small village named Puče, in the heart of the Slovenian Istria. The village is well-kown for its nice people, water springs and for the very well-kown village festival named “ PUČARSKA FJERA”. The village has a big bus turning and pick up area, a lot of footpaths, cycling paths and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. And not long ago, there was the last Istrian BOŠKARIN ( the autochthonous Istrian ox ) in the village.

Tonin Pucer, called “TOMAŽEL”, after his return from the war in Russia, built a house made of stone, mud and reed, with a nice balcony made of wood. In 2002, the actual owner, his grandchild and successor, Nevijo Pucer bought, with his family, the rest of the house from the other heirs. In this way he realized his wish to renovate the house and bring tradition back to life. Today there is a fireplace like in the old times, a bar counter made of staves and period furniture inside the house. We can receive up to 50 guests inside the tourist farm and we can seat a maximum of 60 guests on the idyllic terrace in the backyard. The place is air-conditioned, equipped with a TV set, a projection screen and a projector for various presentations.

We offer you a lot of homemade specialities, like home produced air-dried ham or prosciutto, sausages, salami, bacon, pickled eggplant and courgettes, wild asparagus, Istrian soup with young corn called BOBIĆI , meat dishes baked under črepnja ( different types of meat with potatoes baked in a covered metal pan on a hearth under hot coals ), seasonal food by arrangement and as our house speciality we offer you pancakes with preserved figs.

Upstairs there are 2 apartments with air-conditioning, a TV set, a bathroom and a furnished kitchen, for 2 – 4 persons, with two additional beds. There is a big garden behind the house appropriate for picnics where not even your children will be bored, as there is a beautiful meadow, with playground equipment, a soccer goal etc. If you get tired of playing, you can take a rest on the benches in the shadow of olive trees. There are a lot of domestic animals on our farm. There are donkeys, a pony, hens, pigs and pets.

To the sea is 10 minutes by car.

Long walks in the intact nature of Dragonja valley, sightseeing in the local area, cycling, football and the possibility of recreation work on the farm, are just some of the long list of activities that you can do here.

We offer you a pleasant place in nature in Dragonja valley. The place is suitable for organized picnics (for about 100 people) or for picnics on your own by renting the place.

If you would like to see the beauties of Dragonja valley in a different way, we can take you on a jeep tour. We will take you through the valley and its nearest surroundings with an old-timer military jeep. On our way we will see vineyards, olive plantations, a museum of antiquated objects, a small renovated typical Istrian house, beautiful view points, the well-known ŠKRLINE and a water source. You can also swim in the intact Dragonja river in the summer.

At our farm there is also the possibility of getting a full body massage done by a professional and experienced masseuse. The massage is done only by prior arrangement at your apartment.
