Fully equipped apartments are 100 meters from a beautiful pebble beach in Kustići. The apartments are in two houses, one by one. In the first house there are two apartments, the first for 4 persons on the ground floor and the other for 6 people on the first floor. Both apartments have large beautiful terraces with a beautiful view of the sea and garden with an outdoor grill. In the second building there are three apartments, also fully equipped. Apartment 4 + 1 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, 4 + 2 and 2 + 1 apartments also have a dishwasher.
All 5 apartments are nicely decorated, air conditioned and have internet access. They all have fully equipped kitchens, fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, water heater, living room with dining area and one or two bedrooms. They all have spacious terraces with sun protection, awning, and seating furniture. In the green garden there is an outdoor barbecue in the shade. There is a private car park next to the house. Boat mooring is possible upon prior arrangement. You can also borrow a boat from the owner upon previous booking. Pets are allowed, also with the arrangement, the surcharge is 5 €.
Upon arrival you will be cheered up by a welcome drink. Apartments Stanko are located in Kustici, 7 km away from the center of Novalja. The settlement is located along the coast and the sea, on the stone borders of the Gulf of Pag. A small fishing village is known for raising sheep and producing excellent home-made Pag cheese. Due to the strong borax in winter, the low healing plants with which sheep are kept here have a very high level of aroma, which gives the cheese a special taste that is not steamed around the world. The island of Pag is famous for olive and vineyards, the already mentioned cheese and lamb, and Pag salt.
The apartments are 100 meters from the beach, and within 200 meters you will find a store, a restaurant, a café, a bakery and a church. Kustići are a rather peaceful village and therefore ideal for family holidays. For all nightlife lovers Novalja is 6 km away, the famous Zadar Zadar with a variety of entertainment and events is a couple of minutes away.
The island of Pag is also known for the Pag lace. Several music events take place in Novalja in the summer, as well as different modes of fun, while the ships drive several times a day to excursions to the surrounding islands, Lošinj and Kornati.

Closeness of the bigger palce- Novalja (approximately 10 km) offers all the facilities developed tourist center, sports fields and a rich cultural and entertaining daily- nightly program.
The island of Pag has the longest coastline among Adriatic islands, the shores are rocky and beaches are sand and ideal for swimming. The beauty of the landscape can satisfy every person because it can offer active rest, many bicycle trails, scuba diving, sailing or hiking. An advantage over the other islands is that Pag is very good connected with the mainland (ferry and a bridge) so it possible to visit Croatian national parks, wich are close.
You can have fun in the backyard, lying on deck chairs, barbecue and swim in the pool.

CLIMATE OF THE ISLAND OF PAG
The island of Pag has a mild, mediterranean climate, which is pleasant during spring and autumn months. During the winter temperature rarely drops below 0 °C and it usually does´t snow. Summer is hot and mostly dry. During the winter months, often blowing wind – strong wind northeast direction, which brings dry air from Velebit. In April it´s becoming warmer and an average daily temperature is anput 18 °C. In May an average temperature is 20 °C and the sea temperature is around 19 °C. In June there is the average air temperature of 26 °C (sea 22 °C), and it is extremely dry, with a short-term deterioration of the weather. July and August are the summer months and the air temperature above 30 °C (sea is up to 28 °C).
During the summer rains are rare. In September comes dry air, and the average daily temperature falls. October and November bring the daily fall in temperature and decrease in sea temperatures with more frequent wind gusts. December has a short barrel and very cold days. The air temperature is about 8 °C, and has up to 7 °C.
INTERESTING AREAS OF THE ISLAND OF PAG
1. City Novalja – 20 km from Pag, a tourist place with a rich cultural life and fun 24-hour life, especially during the tourist season.
2. Pag – located in the southern part of the island, traditionally agricultural area, and since the mid-20th century, tourism.
3. Lun – the westernmost point of the island, a fishing village in the greenery of the thousand year old olive trees, where only the island of Pag can see the old olive trees and 1500 years in the natural environment
4. Šimuni – a village situated 10 km from Pag, in a beautiful cove with marina and beach. The long sandy beach is bordered by pine trees, and there is also a camp
5. Mandre – a small fishing village, 12 km from the town of Pag, located on the sunny and warm side of the island, looking at the smaller islands Maun and Škrda. The idyllic and peaceful place that is increasingly developing into an individual village tourism.
6. Kolan – the only place on the island Pag without direct access to the sea. The center has an ethnographic collection and there is a modern dairies – Gliggora (offers tours to see the whole process of cheese production), whose product is known throughout the world
PAG SPECIALTIES
1. Pag cheese – a specialty of the cheese is it’s hardness and salinity, and essential oils give it a special aroma and taste. The cause of such a taste is the specific nutrition of sheep – the grass that grows in mountainous areas, due to frequent exposure to salt.
2. Pag lamb and mutton – the best in January, February and March, very soft and tasty meat that gourmets love.
3. Fish, shellfish, crustaceans – tne best way to buy it is at the market or a fishing boat in the port
4. Sage – growing in mountainous areas, particularly medicinal (tea) for respiratory, anti-flu and colds
WINDS
Bura – blows mainly during the winter months, very cold, coming in strong gusts and in the clear sky
Burin – blowing from the north, warmer than the wind that blows mainly during the year, usually in the spring.
South – blowing from the south, bringing warm, moisture and rain to the gloomy and heavy clouds that are a long time. Makes difficult and large waves, blows mostly in the fall
Tremuntana - blowing from the west, constant, dull, makes big heavy waves, causing problems in navigation.
Bava – the summer wind, blowing from the southwest, the sea stirs the waves rise and disappear on the same place, there are plenty of sea foam, the air is very warm.
Mistral – a pleasant summer wind blowing in June, July and August, there is still in the early afternoon to sunset, west – east.
Storms – often during the summer months, with a strong wind, rain, thunder and lightening, large and destructive waves, coming from the west along the dark clouds of fast-moving.
ACTIVE VACATION
1 -Alpinism – climbers can enjoy climbing the steep parts of the top of St. Vid and the cliffs above the beach Ručica on the north weat side of the Pag Bay, where there are special tags. Near the National Park Paklenica there is a further challenge to fans of hikers.
2 -Cycling - all months (except July and August due to the large number of tourists), belong to the cyclists. Because of the landscape full of contrast anyone who takes many bike paths island can be suprised and a bit confused even to ask himself is he on island of Pag or elsewhere.
Nearest National Parks
1. Starigrad – Paklenica
Located in a deep natural ravine at the foot of the Velebit Mountains, it is approximately 65 km away from Pag and provides the ambience of preserved nature and extremely fresh air. Also suitable for active holidays climbers, whether professionals or amateurs.
2. Nacionalni park Plitvice
Situated only 200 km in the direction of Zagreb – a pearl of nature, abundant lakes and waterfalls. It is interesting that at both locations (Plitvice & Paklenica) was filmed spme part of the series – Vinetou.
3. Nacionalni park Krka
Turning for the national park is located 20 km before Šibenik. Krka Falls provides a unique atmosphere of dust, water and fresh river water.
