Apartments Perl of Adria Primošten

We represent You four apartments for holidays in a new and luxury villa in middle Dalmatia, in city of Primošten, Croatia. Apartments are situated only 35 km from the Split Airport.

The luxuriously arranged apartments in our house, excellently located directly by the sea, will make your stay an unforgettable holiday experience. If you really want to spend your holidays exactly the way you deserve it, here are suites for you. For this few days of the year, come to us and feel really like a king.

The house is located directly at the sea (5 m to the sea). For a supermarket a car is required, because the next supermarket is in Primošten, 6 km away. The nearest restaurant is in Bilo, about 80 m from the house.

Welcome gift is waiting for you : 1 bottle of Prosecco , 1 bottle of mineral water , 1 bottle of coke , fresh fruits.

General : Air conditioning,Parking on the plot , Wi-Fi access, beach towels are not provided!

Kitchens have : spices , coffee machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher , crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots , pans , dish towels, salad cutlery , dish soap, kitchen knife , potato peeler, cutting board , ladle, wooden spoon , dish brush....

In bathroom you will find hair dryer, towels (towels are changed weekly ), toilet paper, wet toilet paper.

For all guests there is outside private pool, barbecue, deck chairs, lounge on the terrace . Bed linen and sheets are provided (changed every 2 weeks).

Apartment I (5 persons max. ), has size 100 m², luxury apartment. It has dining area for 6 people, 2 bathrooms : guest bathroom with shower and master bathroom with shower and bathtube, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 sofa bed in a bedroom, 2 TVs (1 in living room , 1 in bedroom ) german and croatian programs.

Apartment II (3 persons max.), accommodation size : 45 m², luxury apartment, dining area for 6 people, guest bathroom with shower, master bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 bedrooms with double beds, TV in living room (german and croatian programs).

Apartment III (4 persons max.), accommodation size : 65 m², luxury apartment, dining area for 6 people, guest bathroom with shower, master bathroom with shower and bathtube, 2 bedrooms with double beds., 1 TV in living room (german and croatian programs).

Superior Suite (5 persons max. ), accommodation size : 150 m², luxury apartment, dining area for up to 8 people, guest bathroom with shower, master bathroom with shower and bathtube, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 sofa bed in a bedroom, 3 TVs (1 in living room , 1 in bedroom, 1 in bathroom) german and croatian programs.

In addition to Vodice, Murter, Rogoznica, Primosten is one of the most attractive place in the region. It is located 28km south of Sibenik. Primosten was once on the little island, very close to the mainland. During the Turkish conquest in 1542 the islet was surrounded by walls and towers, connected by a mobile bridge to the mainland. After withdrawal of the Turks, the bridge was replaced by a dike, and the place got its present name in 1564 after the verb "primostiti" which means "make bridge". Built on a hill, dominated above the town the parish church of St. George from the year 1485, restored 1760, near which is also the local cemetery. From there a unique view over the sea and the whole environment of Primosten. Then there are the Church of Our Lady of Mercy "in 1553 and built the small church of the Rochus 1680.

The people of today do not have jobs that are tied to the land and sea. Thus here also tourism and hospitality industry has a long tradition.
