Apartments Nika Sukosan

Only 150 meters from the apartment house is a coastline that offers you everything you need for maximum enjoyment and rest. The water is warm and clean, you can choose a rocky coast or so sprinkled with pebbles, there is a basketball court, beach volleyball, bowling, children´s playgrounds, etc. The La Bocca bar is also pleasurable, where you can watch in the shade of coffee, beer or ice cream, how your children play, have fun with your company, or take advantage of the free internet offered to the guests of the restaurant. Renting water scooters is also in the immediate vicinity, and from 2015 onwards there is a sailing school. We tried this year ourselves and we strongly recommend it for your children. All this is provided by the apartment house Nika in Sukošan (10 km from Zadar), which is only 150 m from the coast. It has two large apartments, which are best suited for two large families or a group of up to 10 persons in each apartment.  Apartment house Nika has two apartments, each with four rooms: Nika 1 is on the first floor (above), and Nika 2 is in the (raised) ground floor.

 Apartment Nika 1 is suitable for up to 10 guests in four rooms: three bedrooms (3,3,2) and living room (2). Next to the kitchen is a dining table, two bathrooms with shower and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment has two covered parking spaces next to the house. Apartment Nika 1 is a large apartment with four bedrooms and is suitable for up to 10 guests. It is on the first (upper) floor of the apartment house. It has a large covered terrace where you will enjoy the view of the sea with cold beer or juice.

 Fully equipped kitchen with dining corner gives you complete comfort: hob (gas + electricity), large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric water kettle and all kitchen utensils. You can borrow other small household appliances (mixer, bar blender, coffee machine) on demand.   The living room is large and cozy. It has satellite TV and two comfortable sofas that can be changed in bed for two or for four children. (width 110 cm).  Bedroom 2  there is a large room for 3 people and has exit to the terrace.  Bedroom 3  is a quiet room with three beds. It is oriented to the north side and has a garden view.  Bedroom 4  has a double bed and exit to a small balcony (separated from the terrace) overlooking the sea.

Apartment Nika 2   is a comfortable four-room apartment for up to 10 (11) persons. It is located in the (high) ground floor of the apartment house. It has a nice, large terrace.     The Nika 2 apartment has three bedrooms with a double and a single bed and a living room (bedroom 4), where two people can sleep (140 cm wide bed). The bathroom has a shower. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.     Guests of the apartment can also use the room for the house, where there is a barbecue and a large fire station for socializing.

 Apartment Nika 2 is an apartment for up to 11 persons in four rooms: three bedrooms (3, 3, 3) and a living room (2 persons). It has a separate kitchen with a dining table, one bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a terrace overlooking the sea. The size of the apartment is 92 m2. The apartment has a covered parking space next to the house.  Kitchen with living room and terrace  si fully equipped , allows you to prepare meals according to your taste and choice. At your disposal you have a refrigerator with a freezer, a hot water heater, all household appliances). If necessary, you can also get a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and so forth.    Living room (bedroom 1)  is large living room with satellite TV can be used as a bedroom for two people (the width of the bed is 120 cm).  Bedroom 2  overlooking the garden has three beds and a large wardrobe.    Bedroom 3   is a mirror room with three beds, a large wardrobe and a garden view.    Bedroom 4  is overlooking the courtyard has three beds.

 For each apartment there is at least one parking space under the roof. (So ​​your car stays less hot, more protected and always on the eyes). Sufficient parking spaces in the yard for more cars. 

Guests are offered (for the house) a corner with a fireplace for preparing grill and a large fireplace for a pleasant gathering.  Children also like to play in the pool for the house, or they can also play on the big and fenced garden behind the house.

 The apartment house is located a good kilometer from the center of Sukosan, which can be a pleasant evening walk, but you can arrange bicycle rental (with own responsibility) with the owner of the apartment house and drive to the center of Sukosan. There are several shops, post office, pharmacy and everything that falls into a smaller place. For more, it takes 10 km to Zadar. For basic supplies, a small shop is 150 meters from the apartment house, and you will often want fresh bread or pastries from the bakery nearby (on the beach).

 The apartments are located in a pleasant quiet green surroundings, both apartments have a beautiful view of the sea. 150 meters away is the first beach, which is a pebble beach in concrete slabs, has showers and cabins, a restaurant and an additional offer. Here you will find beach volleyball, basketball court, hire of water scooters and other water equipment. There is also a nice place where you can drink coffee or a refreshing drink on the beach. Also offer ice cream, pizza, there is also a small bakery and a small restaurant. The surrounding area offers beautiful walks, 25 minutes walk from the center of Sukosan. The sports center is 350 meters away.

The house has 300 m2 of garden, which is very pleasant for children´s play, and there are garden seating sets. Wireless internet is available, a washing machine is available on request, we have a baby cot, a children´s chair and a few other children´s equipment and toys. You can also borrow bicycles. In the garden we also have a small children´s pool. We can also get to you at the airport or bus, train station. For stays over 5 days, everything is included in the price.
