Welcome to Aussie Dream Apartments 50 m from the sea, with swimming pool in Zadar. At 50 meters from the sea is also the first opportunity to swim in the crystal clear sea, the coast is decorated with panels where you can swim. We are located between two beaches, which are on 8-minute walk . Apartments Aussie Dream Apartments are very close to the old town of Zadar , which also have beautiful views from the balconies of apartments. At a distance of 100 meters you will find restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a bakery and a tennis court.

Apartments Aussie Dream Apartments  comfort comfortable stylish apartments with a balcony, from where it overlooks the sea and the garden. All have air conditioning, flat TV, wireless Internet access, fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, kettle and microwave. As part of the apartment house is a place where there are also a washing machine.

Guests have access to an outdoor pool with a nice terrace with parasols and sun loungers with a refreshment and enjoy the sun. The garden is also a garden house with an outdoor kitchen, bar, barbecue, toilets and an outdoor shower, all for ultimate comfort and a great vacation for our guests.

Zadar is the historic Croatian town, three thousand years old. Zadar is the cultural, economic and administrative centre of northern Dalmatia. During its existence it was for many centuries the home of the Illyrian Lilburn and for thousand years the capital city of Dalmatia. Zadar is a city rich in spiritual and material culture, as well as in a tourist identity. Zadar is also a unique treasury of ancient, medieval and Renaissance archaeology and architecture. Zadar was built around the Roman forum, a city inside well-kept walls. Full of archives, museums, and libraries, it is the keeper of literary and musical treasure. Today it is the city with much artistic activity: the Permanent Exhibition of Ecclesiastical Arts, with occasional special exhibitions, galleries, concerts at the Church of St. Donat, puppeteers, as well as pop music and sporting events, water sports, festivals and basketball.

Meteorological data: Zadar is in the Mediterranean climate zone. This is characterised by clear, hot summers, mildly winter, and maximum rainfall coming in the autumn to winter period. In the summer months of July and August the days are warm (max. temp. above 25°C), while there are some 10-15 very hot days (max. temp. above 30°C).The lowest rainfall is recorded in July (30 mm) and August (43mm).The sunniest months are July and August with 11 hours of sunshine a day. The mean temperature of the sea in the summer is about 22°C.
