Four apartments in the large family house situated in the pine forest 50 meters close to the sea and the nice pebble beach. Nearby is the most beautiful and famous Sutivan sandy beach Likva. The house is the oasis of peace and quiet and on the balconies and in the rooms, the wind brings the sounds of the sea waves and the scent of the Mediterranean plants that surround the house.

Free parking place for 7 vehicles is above the house in the shady pine wood. Guests can share the garden grill and a laundry machine.

Apartment 1 on the first floor (attic) A4+1*** consist of the two rooms with double berth, large living room and the dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with the sea view. Apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access and equipped with the TV set.

Apartments 2 and 3 on the ground floor are A/studio 2+1***, both open to the garden full of greenery and a separate shade house.

Apartment 4 on the first floor A2+2*** consist of the two rooms with double berth, the dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with the sea view. Apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access and equipped with the TV set.

The center of Sutivan you can reach after the 10 minutes of the easy walk.

Around the Sutivan there are many beautiful beaches surrounded by pine trees with numerous small bays, which are in season lonely place for relaxing, swimming, diving or surfing.

Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate and many sunny days you can spend your holidays in Sutivan throughout the year. It stretches from Lucice then to "Male Tihe luke". In Sutivan has about 1000 residents who are employed with already traditional cultivation the culture of agriculture, fishing and tourism.

A special attraction is in the eastern part of a town where is placed a island windmill and also, i have to mention a special attraction - Nature Park "Sutivan" (Park Prirode Sutivan), excursion perfect for families. In the park there are numerous species of animals: donkeys, ostriches, goats, sheep, pheasants, boars and many others.

In the middle of the pine forest near Sutivan on the island Brac is a nice park of 12.000 m2 called Natural Park Sutivan. Park is about 14km far away from Milna, in direction of Sutivan, where the ship stops. The park area is full of contents that are part of the nature and with good care it preserves the best of both modern and genuine resources. The whole place gives our guests the possibility of rest and fun, far away from the city noise, rush and concrete. The park is also organized in the way to give you an intimate entertainment and socializing with your partner or friends.
