We are located in Croatia, in Istria, near the city Porec, only 4000 meters (5 min. By car), in a small village Veleniki. Place Veleniki, a typical Istrian village, located 96 meters above sea level, is oriented mainly on tourism and agriculture, and is perfect for a family vacation and relaxation. In the surrounding area has many well-kept walking trails and bicycle paths. Our guests are giving free bikes to go to explore beautiful Istrian landscape, and go to the beach in Porec, and also provide bike maps for better reference.

All guests in the apartments FABICH give free tasting in the wine cellar SEMPERVIVUM, which is in village Veleniki, except tourism we are producing top quality wines and liquors, 18 species that we sell across the country in the most prestigious wine cellar, restaurants, coffee bars ...

We have three accommodation capacity, App2 for two persons and one bed for two persons, App4 for four persons and one extra bed for a fifth person, and App6 which is intended for six people.  We look forward to your visit!

SEMPERVIVUM production of alcoholic beverages, the production is based on the production of Istrian brandy and liqueur, old indigenous recipes. On the pictures below you can see the area taverns for tasting. If you are a guest suites Fabich get a free tasting. SEMPERVIVUM tavern gives you the opportunity to experience the Istrian wines and brandies and liqueurs. Year 2006. Family Fabić registered a trade craft called Sempervivum, and went with only a small production of brandies and liqueurs. Since Istria, especially in western Istria, Porec area known for its excellent wines, we decided to produce brandies and liqueurs because they are the Istrian brandy and liqueurs underrepresented in Istria, while in most countries, brandy and liqueurs are very represented, for example in Italy . Our family has traditionally engaged in the production of wine and spirits for over 150 years. Our spirits and liqueurs are sold in over 40 stores across the Croatian, our work and efforts have been recognized by numerous wine shops Wine shops and as their valued customer. We currently offer over 16 flavors of brandies and liqueurs, and always prepare a new taste of brandy. We offer recipes liquor with more than 100 years, knows how to say, the recipes of our grandmothers.
