 These nicely furnished holiday apartments in Novigrad are perfect for family holiday. They have an ideal position, just 20 meters from the sea, where the first beach can be found. Apartments are both air conditioned, have internet access for guests, and are very modern and comfortable decorated, among all necessary amenities there is a satellite television, coffee brewer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

 In front of the house there is a beautiful green garden, a wonderful terrace with barbecue, wooden garden furniture and sun loungers. Garden is fenced, with plot height 50 cm. Pets are allowed with agreement. Nearby is also a pet food shop and dog-friendly beach.

First apartment is on first floor, it's 63m large, has two bedrooms, offers comfort for 4 persons and has a view on the landscape and sea, while the second, in ground floor, has 34m2, one bedrooms, for 4 persons, and has a beautiful sea view.

 We haver also a boat. 8 m long, and we arrange one day trips for our guests on nearby islands and surroundings. We also rent a small boat to guests.

 Sandy and rocky beaches can be found nearby. In the place, night excursions and fishing are offered. For the lovers of active rest, we recommend rafting on the Zrmanja river. Novigrad attracts many visitors with its location, cultural heritage and preserved vegetation.

 Besides the two arranged public beaches with natural gravel, the Novigrad shores are full of small and isolated coves under the shade of tamarisk trees ensuring an intimate atmosphere.

 The seashores are shallow and ideal for families with children and the swimming area is marked by buoys.

 Pridraga is rich with beaches that are appropriate for the young generation for they are mainly sandy or with tiny pebbles. Well-known beaches in Pridraga are Vrulje and Čuskijaš.

 The cleanliness of the Novigrad and Karin Seas, proximity of the Zrmanja River and Paklenica National Park, quality fish and shells accompanied by an all the more intensive development of agro tourism are sufficient reason to visit us and then come back to us.

 Excursions on the Zrmanja River –by boat or canoe, bungee jumping from Maslenica Bridge, rafting, the proximity of 4 national parks, visits to the three-thousand-year-old city of Zadar make this locality ideal for an active vacation.

 Novigrad is a picturesque and historical town located on the southern coast of the Novigrad Sea, in a long and steep bay. Its old nucleus is situated on the north-east side of the bay, on the slopes of a hill under a fortress (Fortica) and surrounded by ramparts. The locality has preserved to great measure its medieval construction appearance.

 Novigrad is the Croatian Portofino, a place where the sea has crept deep into the mainland creating a fjord embraced by stone houses, a fortress and tthe spirit of fishermen. A town of rich history crowned by the fortress where the Hungarian Queen Elizabeth, wife of Louis I of Anjou, was imprisoned together with her daughter Mary. During her captivity, the queen embroidered a chasuble, which is still kept in the local church. The Novigrad Sea is actually a deep bay named after the town of rich past, numerous stories and beautiful views where you can enjoy the wine and olive oil of the area.
