It´s an old stone-house, fully refurnished. You have your own private, secure parking space within the property. The location is great: 50m to the 1.5 km long sandy beach, 25m to the marina for a pleasant evening walk, lots of bars and restaurants, 10m to the nearest newspaper stand, 10m to the nearest bakery, 100m to the nearest beach bar, 500m to the next grocery store, 500m to the next beach for pets with shower, every apartment has its own bbq.

We have 2 apartments, siutable for 2 adult persons, and maximum one child under 5 years old.

At the marina are several boat excursions available, also you can rent a bout, use the taxi boat to 3 nearby islands, one of them with a great sandy beach and restaurants. 10km away is a nature park called Rt Kamenjak, the most south point of the whole peninsula of Istria with crystal clear water and lots of cosy, small bays to be discovered.

The property is divided in 3 separate buildings. 1 building we live so there is always someone if you need help, ideas of where to go, advice or just a talk. The 2nd building is a stone house with 2 apartments. Every apartment has a separate entrance, own kitchen with fridge, bathroom, sat tv, wi-fi and outdoor space with an own barbecue, patio with patio furniture. There is also a garden shower you can use when getting back from the beach. The 3rd building is a bakery shop so you can get every morning your fresh bread without leaving the location.

 As really everything you need is in walking distance you actually even don´t need to use your car

Each apartment has about 300 m2 of garden. All prices are included in the price, children under 5 years free of charge, laundry is included once a week. Guests can freely use the grapes and figs from our garden. Musicians can play freely, the piano is at your disposal. In addition, you can also have hours pianos, music history, theoretical movements in 4 languages, classes of painting and writing poetry and prose in 4 languages, and joint gathering of guests once a week, by agreement, if desired with barbecue.

The apartments are located in an idyllic small town Medulin, at the seashore at the crossing to the peninsula. On one side is the port, and on the other, the sandy beach of Bijeca.

Art Oasis Apartments have a very beautiful indigenous garden in which olive trees, figs and three types of grapes grow, which guests can use as desired. The whole atmosphere is original in original Istrian style, designed and built by a renowned and highly respected architect and world class guitarist Milan Grakalic, who himself originated from Medulin, was a lover and excellent connoisseur of typical Istrian architecture and advocating for authenticity.

There are also two barbecues with a functional stone wall and a table, and everything is pitifully embedded in a true Istrian ambiance. The whole ambience is adapted to all types of art, literature, painting, sculpture and music. Optionally, classes of literature, painting and piano can be taken up to the ultimate interpretational skill at the distinguished prof. Branka Grakalic, who is also a pianist, writer, painter and speaks E, D, I, and Croatian language.

On the long stone wall it is possible to make exhibitions of paintings and smaller sculptures, and to hold small concerts. Two apartments at your disposal can be four people, possibly with a small child. Apartments are separated ..

Nearby are all types of tourist facilities, restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, tourist agencies, boat rentals or excursions to the greater surroundings and further. On the Vižuli Peninsula are preserved parts of Roman villas where summer theater performances are performed as in Roman times, and served food according to original Roman recipes as it was 2000 years ago. To the cape Kamenjak - the southernmost part of Istria, which is a nature park, you can also cycle through the bicycle, and abound with natural beaches of all kinds. The sea is clear and crystal clear. Medulin has numerous sports facilities for tennis, riding, diving, sailing, paragliding, rowing, etc.

 The most famous and most popular beach in Medulin, and perhaps even the whole of Istria, is the centrally located sandy Bijeca beach. A fine sandy beach about 1 km long, which is remarkable for the construction of sand castles, has a very slight drop in the sea, so that small undamaged children and children can play smoothly and swim in warm water. Therefore Bijeca is especially recommended for families with small children. There is also a floating aqua park for little ones. Another interesting thing is definitely a local water slide. Immediately on the beach grow trees thickly arranged next to each other, and provide pleasant shade. Further on the beach there are sanitary facilities such as showers, dressing and toilets, as well as the possibility of renting sunshades and sun loungers. There are several restaurants and bars available for body massage.

 In the vicinity of the beach there is a spacious camp which offers many further opportunities for sports and recreational activities, a public parking lot that is mostly overcrowded in the summer, as well as a small amusement park (family park or fun park) next to it for children, young people and those who they feel young, with a variety of fungi like a giant wheel, a small mountain railroad, rubber boots, trampoline and so on.
