The house is situated in the open country as well as in a very quiet area and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals in need of a rest. The distance to a very beautiful pebble beach which is ideal for children is 200 metres. The beach is very long and it´s very suitable to go for a walk. Apartments have also heating, as a result the house can be rented all over the year.

The house has 5 apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, a living room, separated one or two bedrooms with folding beds, one or two bathrooms with shower, SAT-television, air condition, internet access and a balcony. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars. The house is surrounded by a beautiful green garden and has a back yard, which is perfect for relaxing in the shade or socializing at the outdoor barbecue, which is available to all guests of the apartments. In front of the house is small garden with vegetables and spices, which can also be used by guests. 

As you walk around in the surrounding area, the path will soon lead you to a beautiful walking path along the coast that will lead you past many beautiful beaches. Most of these beaches are pebbly, which slowly descend into deep, with a long shallow, which is great for families with small children. Some of these beaches are also stone, you will find more lonely bays just for you, all of these beaches are the common guest of the shade of green centuries pine trees and the crystal clear sea green blue, which invites you to refresh yourself. Guests of the Zora Peljesac apartments can also use the Bellevue Hotel´s swimming pools, located on the way from the apartment house to the beach, as well as the swimming pool at the nearby Grand Azur Hotel. 

There are several restaurants round around the vacation house, supermarkets, cafè-bars and discos, also a bank and a post office is in the closeness. Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, is this a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing. The charisma and the ambience of Orebic will pull you in its spell, and you will always think with melancholy and joy of this place.

Apartment 1 is for 4 + 1 person, located on the ground floor and has two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a nice garden terrace.

Apartment 2 is for 2 + 1 person, it has one bedroom and a shady balcony.

Apartment 3, Apartment 4 and Apartment 5 are for 2 + 2 persons, have one bedroom, a living room with a sofa and a beautiful balcony in the shade, with a partial view of the sea.

Pets are accepted by arrangement, smaller, free of charge.

All apartments have their own entrance, television and air-conditioned. The air conditioner is included in the price for normal use. Bedding is in the price. The kitchens are fully equipped, they have a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a kettle and kitchen utensils.

Orebić is situated on the south-western part of the Peljesac peninsula at the bottom of the St. Elijah’s hill. It is a cradle of sea captains and sailors, whose rich tradition is kept at the Maritime Museum.

The Trstenica bay offers a large sandy beach, and if you´re searching for solitude you will find many rocky coves and bays with small beaches in the vicinity. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, surfing, water skiing, rowing, sailing and underwater diving. The surrounding Orebić area is suitable for hiking as well as collecting herbs, giving you the opportunity to taste and buy homemade Peljesac wine or sherry.

The following cultural monuments can be visited in Orebić: the Franciscan monastery with a lookout, the church of Our Lady and a museum, Skvar, the Captain’s house, the Rector´s Palace, the Captain´s Cemetery and the winery. The town offers a wide range of tourist attractions.

Although the beautiful beaches, which are the main trump of Orebić and the public beaches of hotels with swimming pools are only 3 minutes walk from the apartments, there is also a hilly part and valley in Pelješac, which is much less known, certainly worth seeing and exploring. Here one of the most famous vineyards in Croatia is hiding. Walking or cycling through the Pelješać peninsula will encounter many vineyards, large vine fields, especially on the slopes of the hills on the south side. In any case, you must try local wines in nearby wine cellars. 5 to 10 minutes drive west of Orebic will take you to the beaches around Vignje and to one of the best locations for windsurfing in the world. A number of competitions take place here, in 2013, the World Cup, gathering surfers from around the world, organizing parties. Viganj is an attraction for all fans of the wind and all those who will just become it. For nature lovers, there are many beautiful walking trails in the area, one of the most beautiful waters to the summit of Sveta Ilija 961 meters, cycling trails and diving.
