Family house A. Matić - Trcin is located in the bay Kneza on the island Korcula. The house is located on the peaceful place, in silence, and is only 10 km from the town of Korcula, 3 km from Racisce. Guests are at the disposal of four studio apartments with three stars on the first floor of the house. Three apartments are for 3 people and one for 2 persons. Two have sea views, and two against the hill. Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower, a handy little kitchen, a balcony and a parking lot. The apartments 3 and 4 have a large terrace with outdoor grill.

The house is located 80 meters from the sea, where there is also a private pier suitable for swimming and for mooring small boats. In the circle of 500 meters there are 4 restaurants.

Should you wish, you can go with the owner on fishing, he can take you with boat to the beaches on the neighboring peninsula of Peljesac or you can borrow a boat.

Groups that take all 4 apartments and stay longer than a week, you can also rent a large kitchen with a terrace facing the sea and a big barbecue on the ground floor of the house.

Kneza bay is the perfect place for you if you want to enjoy far from the noise and crowded beaches, in peace and quiet, the scents of nature and near the sea. Kneza bay is relatively shallow, but deep enough for most boats, the average depth of 5 meters. The sea bottom is sandy, rich marine life, including shellfish and hippopotamus areas of Poseidon. The bay is surrounded by lush vegetation, a shallow sea, sandy beaches and the turquoise color of the sea, which makes visual spectacle from a dream and more like a Pacific atoll as an island in the Mediterranean.

Due to the shallow sea and the protected position of the bay waters here more quickly warms up and is always warmer than the surrounding area. This, together with sandy beaches, makes the bay Kneže ideal for families with small children.

Thanks to regular flows which come cyclically into the Gulf each day, the sea is clean, clear and crystal. The coast is forward in the direction of Račišće, rocky, with deep water and strong currents, and rich undersea life, which makes this part of the coast very interesting for divers and sport fishermen, probably the best on the north coast of the island of Korcula.

In the bay prince some beautiful sandy beaches. Sp locals here are known to be extremely hospitable and will always do everything that guests are satisfied.

Kneza Bay, a small town and harbor on the northern coast of the island of Korcula, with beautiful views of the sea and in the distance and the Peljesac peninsula Pelječac channel. It is a famous destination for surfers because of the pleasant westerly winds that blow almost every day in the summer, mistral and Tramuntana.

Kneže settlement is located about 1 kilometer east of the Gulf princes, and about nine miles from the town of Korcula. Knez along the road that connects the town of Korcula to Racisce village is old Mediterranean village and is located 2.5 km to the west. There are regular bus lines between Korcula and Račišće, several times a day, as well as other towns and bays on the way to the east, such as Zrnovska Banja, and Vrbovica Medvidnjak. Racisce is only 2.5 km to the west, so you can get there on foot, with a beautiful walk through the beautiful nature. Continue west two beautiful beach coves which are accessible only by sea or ppeš: Exercise and Samograd.
