Apartments Anita Novigrad

House with two apartments is situated in an peaceful environment of Novigrad and it is easy to find it. Main street is very close, but also very quiet without traffic, because it is used only by local people.

 Near by the house there are fields and meadows and a lot of opportunies for walking and resting. Beach is about 300m away and on the beach you have tennis courts and opportunities to do other sports.

 This two apartments in the house offer you on one hand to retire and on the other hand to get in contact with country and friendly people. The apartments can be used during the whole year and each flat has about 50 m², separate entrance, one with a terrace and the other one with a balcony.

 The apartments are made for 4 persons (2+2) with a separate two bed sleeping room (2+2) and two of the beds can be used in the living-room. The kitchen is modern, includes SAT TV. The apartment on the first floor got air condition.

 Apartments can be used during the whole year, specially to people who like riding a bike.

 The prices are depending on season. They run from 40 to 54 EUR / day for two persons and from 9 to 11 € /day for an additional person.

 Only 300 m distance to the beach with lots of shadow. Renting deck-chairs and sunshades is possible.

 Nearby are tennis courts and possibility to play beach volley. Anyhow you can take a walk into fields and vineyards and take a breathe of silence. Besides that you can also rent a bike and take excursions on those wonderful bike trails.

 Novigrad is a beautiful coastal town, located between Porec and Umag. Novigrad is for many the most popular resort town in Istria. All in Novigrad revolves around fishing, as soon as you arrive in Novigrad, you will see many fishing boats in the small port Mandrač. Here you will also find some of the best fish restaurants in Istria. Novigrad also has a lot of entertainment, cultural and culinary events, which mainly occur from April to November.

 Novigrad does not have so many hotels and other coastal cities, has a special vibrancy and convenience, but never here not too crowded or tourist noise. In Novigrad you certainly will not be bored, see and do you will be a lot of interesting things.

 One of the most popular bars in Istria is located on the seafront promenade, Vitriol.  In Novigrad you should, of course, afford you a boat trip, if nothing else, in Rovinj, and see the west coast of Istria from the sea. Excursions by boat is a great boat in Porec, with an intermediate stop in the beautiful Lim Fjord. Most ships offer the trip included food and drink. Such a trip is pleasant to spend the day on the sailing, swimming and relaxation.

 Istralandia the first Croatian water park and is located only 10 km from Novigrad. Istralandija was opened in 2014 and immediately became very popular. Water attractions are numerous, from water slides, including the 27-meter waterslide with free fall, three large swimming pools, shops, restaurants and bars. From Novigrad is a regular bus line to Istralandia.
