Apartment house is located on the island of Ugljan, just before the beach in a small village Čeprljanda, 10 km away from the ferry Zadar-Preko. Čeprljanda a little, quiet place with no traffic, which has everything you need for your carefree holiday. Here is a shop, bars, restaurant and village markets. The apartment house has two 2 rooms apartments and one studio apartman. Both have a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. There is parking, air conditioning, internet, TV, towels and bed linen.
Behind the house is parking, as well as an outdoor barbecue. The beach is only 30 metres. The beach in front of the house is paved with natural shade and pebbles in the water descends slowly and as such is also suitable for small children and the elderly. Enjoy the hospitality, comfort, beautiful clear sea and untouched nature.
Ugljan is the closest island of the Zadar archipelago, just opposite the city of Zadar, separated from it by only the Zadar Channel, exactly towards Zadar, separated from it by only a few kilometers, and is connected with many ferry lines. They call it the green island because it is covered by dense Mediterranean shrubs, pine trees, olive trees, figs, vines and other Mediterranean vegetation. Surface is 51.85 km2, the coastline is 74 km long. Long generation are tied to the sea, seafaring and fishing. 2,000 years of tradition in olive growing, gave birth to hundreds of thousands of trunks of olive trees, from which they are produced olive oil of exceptional quality and flavor. Across the northwest coast is dotted with fishing and tourist center, of which the best known Kukljica, Kali, Preko and Ugljan.
The other side of the island is mostly steep and uninhabited, and as such is associated with coves, islands and rich undersea world real challenge for divers and sport fishermen.
