Apartments Kolorček Izola are located just 20 meters from the popular Lighthouse beach - main beach of Izola. Izola is known as beautiful Slovenian coast town with a rich history. The apartment house offers accommodation in comfortable apartments for 4 people (2 bedrooms) and an apartment for 7 people (3 bedrooms). The larger apartment can be adapted to the various number of guests. All apartments are offering private terrace. In every room guests can use free WiFi. Apartments are air conditioned and offer free parking by the house (front courtyard), free parking is otherwise usually not possible in Izola . Guests can use an outdoor shower. Due to the proximity to the sea guests are able to get to the beach in a swimsuit. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning and central heating. Each apartment has a separate entrance. Pets are welcome and will be staying in our apartments free of charge. On the beach Simon´s bay there is mini golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, shop and post office, a big care for sports lovers, water sports, beach volleyball ect. The youngest visitors can enjoy the pool with water slide or playground. You can also enjoy a pleasant evening walk along the coast to the old town Izola. Along the road to Izola is protected monument pine alley. South of the settlement are large orchards and vineyards.

In the nearby hotels Simon Bay, Delfin and the Belvedere are terraces with music and discoteques. For cyclists, the more ordered ways by the sea or the countryside.

Izola is an ancient Mediterranean city with a vibrant history of the Slovenian coast. The old part of town was once an island, and from there it got its name Izola. In Latin, "Isola" means island. Fishing tradition is still present today, so you can find in Izola excellent fish restaurants or other local specialties such as homemade wine or olive oil. Izola is known for its excellent cuisine. In our area you can find excellent fish, barbecue restaurants or picerias.

The coat of arms of Izola is depicted with a white dove with olive branch in beak, that flight over the green island, taht shows the land where now lies the city center. The image, which is now displayed at Izola´s coat of arms was taken from the old storie of 1380 - when Izlola was attacked by Genova and from the belfry of the church st. Maurus bright descended white dove, which blinded them, and they head back, without touching the city. The architecture of the old city shows a rich history of the city, which lies on the former island and was inhabited in first century AD. The old part of town was surrounded by walls, which was in the early 19th century destroyed, with debris they filled sea between the island and the mainland. In the early 13th century Izola declared independence and became a town with its laws and authority.

For tourism in Izola is very important the marina. It has 620 berths for boats up to a length of 30 m. Marina is a resort with tennis courts, swimming pools and casinos. Izola has many hotels near the sea, charming shops and excellent restaurants. There is also a famous discotheque (Embassy of Gavioli) Ambasada Gavioli, many art galleries, summer concerts, street performances and film festival.
