Directly on the coast just 30 m away from the main town beach, 30 m from a small beach called Spila, and 20 meters from our beach in front of the building located apartment accommodation Spila.Spila in its offer, we have 9 apartments with 3 stars. All apartments are with balcony and sea view, tastefully decorated and equipped with satellite TV and fan, and 3 suites are air-conditioned. They have a kitchen block and a fridge with freezer. Of this, 2 apartment studio 2 +1, 4 apartments, 2 +2, and 2 or 3 apartments 4 +2.PARKING: for each apartment is secured by 1 parking spot in the shade of the building on the north side.On the floor above the restaurant, separated by the large terrace are our Apartments Spila.

On the south side of Hvar in a small vineyards-fishermans village Ivan Dolac where nature has outlined one of the most pitoresque landscapes, surrounded by sea, pine trees, vineyards, sea cliffs and pebbly gravel beaches is located guesthouse-apartments Spila. Spila is on the shore between two beaches, next to a large gravel main beach on the eastern side, and one of the most beautiful natural beach called Spila West Side, is located our apartment house Spila.

In the basement is our reception, information part and a cafebar where you can freshen up a drink during the swim, drink coffee in the rest or eat something if you want if it is breakfast or sneck, or Pizza and if you like wine, you can visit our wine cellar and taste wine, sherry or travarica from our production, because wine is our tradition.

The first floor is RESTAURANT Spila, in authentic surroundings full of green and stonewhere is located our large terrace where our guests enjoy the natural surroundings, the finest musical background, with beautiful view of the sea can enjoy seafood specialties and delicacies of our cuisine. With our gastronomic offer we also offer home varietal white wines from indigenous varieties of Hvar parc and Bogdanuša and red wines Plavac small Plavac Ivan Dolac and Merlot, the local sherry, herbal grappa,travarica, rogačica Kaloberica and grappa.

Local and island quality wines and our SPECIALTIES: Gregada fish , Brudet , meat PASTICADA , OCTOPUS under the lid are an unforgettable experience of every our guest who keep coming back to us and we are happy when we can return with even better and new tastes and the occasional surprise. In our restaurant we offer half board, breakfast or dinner, or just dinner at flat prices. Lunch is offered as agreed. It is possible to negotiate all kinds of ways of eating in our restaurant at the flat price. Our father Jurica is an experienced fisherman, who, together with local fishermen always brings daily some new fish surprise from the depths of the sea.

In additional to our offer: Excursion boats for day trips, driving, or fish-picnic on the nearby islands Šćedro, Paklinski Islands, Dubovica and Red rock. It is possible to arrange fishboating if time allows. Rental boats, kayaks and beach chairs in front of our building.

Ivan Dolac is a tourist village situated on the southern part of the island Hvar. Ivan Dolac is 10 km from Jelsa, 20 km from Stari Grad and 38 km from the town of Hvar. It is famous for its grape-growing fields that give wine of exceptional quality. Except good wine, Ivan Dolac is rearing with its environment, full of aromatic plants (lavender and rosemary) and other flora of Mediterranean climate. Its gravel beaches (the most famous are Šuplja stina and Lučišće near Sveta Nedjelja, Jagodna, Paklina, Petarčica) make it a very attractive destination for all those who want a peaceful vacation without the city rush.

There is a market and several restaurants in the village - everything else can be found in the nearby town of Jelsa. Ivan Dolac, a pretty town with some good family options for swimming. Access to the beaches varies in difficulty, from the very easy on the main shingle beach, to more difficult access by the rocks, where the snorkelling is recommended.

Ivan Dolac is surrounded with many natural rocky and pebbly bays where everyone can find its peace under the sun. For all those with a sport spirit, above the beach is a tennis court, and you can fill your day with pedal boats or by renting a boat and visiting nearby islets. Is a site on the southern slopes of the Island of Hvar, located between Zavala and Sv. Nedjelja. It features seven pebble beaches. Five of them are connected via a walkway by the sea, and the other two (nudist ones) are easily accessible. The site is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and a thick pine forest next to the sea. The town of Hvar is the largest settlement on the island of Hvar. The access to Hvar implies the point from which we have reached it. From the sea, we get the sight of a waterfront promenade strip bordered with a row of palm trees and seven centuries old walls, overtopped by the fortresses protecting Hvar, extending downwards to the town and to the Venetian loggia. Coming from the central part of the island or using the road from the ferry harbour we arrive at the magnificent Piazza, a square generally considered the most beautiful of the kind in Dalmatia, dominated by St. Stephen's Cathedral and bordered by the palaces of Groda and by the cascading stone-built houses of Burag. But, no matter from which point this town is approached, Hvar straightway presents itself as a monument. Centuries have ground its stone, epochs, above all renaissance, have shaped its appearance.
